| Dosage & Administration | Headache, Toothache and Cuts: Apply Kulzam with cotton wool swab on the affected part. Earache: Instill 3 drops of Kulzam, mix with 2 drops of sesame (til) oil into the affected ear 2-3 times daily. Cold and Catarrh: Instill 2 drops of Kulzam, mix with 2 drops of sesame (til) oil into the nostrils 2 times daily. Massage the oil gently on the neck and chest. Insect Bites: Apply Kulzam with cotton wool swab on the affected part. Nose Bleeding: Instill 2 drops of Kulzam, mix with 2 drops of sesame (til) oil into nostrils 2 times daily. Lumbago: Melt a little wax in sesame (til) oil or coconut oil allow to cool and mix 4 drops of Kulzam with it. Massage the oil gently on the affected part. Stomach Troubles: In case of indigestion, flatulence, loose motion, vomiting, nausea and dysentery take 3-4 drops of Kulzam with water 3-4 times daily. |
