Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is an advantage.
Valid enrollment with the Bangladesh Bar Council.
3–5 years of experience in corporate legal practice, litigation, or legal compliance.
Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, commercial, and regulatory laws.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
